Description
Im not a fan of the cartoon series but i play this flashgame(Battle in Megaville) where it featured the PowerPuff Girls, Dexter's Lab, Zim, etc. and they were drawn in anime style and it inspired me to try and create a western cartoon in anime style.
Its "Numbuh 2" from "Codename: Kids Next Door"
Improved version. I completed the whole thing. The body suite is shinier (^^,) and added the cable thing on his left arm which was missing from the previous Hoagie i worked on.
Like most of my works its done using only MSPaint.
Entirely done using MSpaint (no tablet).
