Im not a fan of the cartoon series but i play this flashgame(Battle in Megaville) where it featured the PowerPuff Girls, Dexter's Lab, Zim, etc. and they were drawn in anime style and it inspired me to try and create a western cartoon in anime style.
Its "Numbuh 3" from "Codename: Kids Next Door"
"Finally!"... is the word of those who i left in the dark about submitting a "Numbuh 3" fan art. Well its finally here. I thought i lost the file of "Numbuh 3". I was devastated and couldn't bring myself to redo all that work. Anyway i am glad that the gang is complete. New and improved. Enjoy!
Like most of my works its done using only MSPaint.
Entirely done using MSpaint (no tablet).
